The company has improved service tremendously. Missy is new in the office and is keeping things running smoothly. I have a service contract that is paid monthly for service maintenance in the spring and fall. Today I had work done to replace a drain pan and seal ducts that had some holes. The service men did an excellent job and also corrected and insulated the drain lines installed when the unit was replaced by someone else. I would highly recommend them for your heating and A/C needs.

All Weather is a great company to work with for HVAC. Everyone is awesome to work with, from Missy in the office, Floyd in showing concern to provide the right systems for your home at a good price and making sure it makes the home look good, and the install team was considerate, timely, and professional in all areas, explaining things as they went along. This was a big project of whole home replacement of 3 systems in multiple zones, and being a log home, it was a little difficult to use the existing line channels to run replacement lines. Floyd and Wilson made sure it was done right. Thank you all for a good job and taking time to do it right the first time.

We have used All Weather Mechanical in the past for a woodstove install, and recently learned they do HVAC work as well. I spoke with Missy who was super sweet and an awesome communicator. As she made our appointment, she told me about their Netflix plan, that provides great coverage for your system, and peace of mind at a nominal fee. Wayne came out to my father-in-law's house to do a check of the system. While relatively new, to our knowledge, it had never been serviced for the last seven years. Wayne was punctual as well as personable. It took very little time to see that he was very knowledgeable, as he explained the game plan, which included a 72-point checklist! Yeah, that's right, 72. As Wayne worked his way through the inspection, he was keeping constant communication with my wife and me, explaining what he was doing and why. He pointed out an item that has become a trend and needed attention on our unit as well. Additionally, Wayne was documenting everything with digital photos to include meter and gauge readings. I was impressed by Wayne's attention to detail as he cleaned debris from the outside unit to include the electrical compartment. Wayne walked us through the completed checklist, pointing out anything that might require attention in the future. As we went through the billing process, Wayne ran down everything the Netflix plan provides. All I can say is membership definitely has its benefits. All Weather Mechanical has got to be the finest HVAC company in Eastern N.C. We loved it so much, Wayne walked across the yard and did the same thing to our system. Thank you! Rob & Julie ><> P.S. When our 18-year-old system quit on us, two weeks before Christmas, we made sure to do our homework and get multiple estimates before we decided on one company. We chose All Weather Mechanical for a couple of reasons. 1. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and actually respected the fact we had a budget to stay within. 2. The warranty they provide is unbeatable by anyone else in town. 3. Their pricing is exceptional for the high-quality equipment they use. Once the job started, our decision to use them was reconfirmed. They showed up when they said they would, took great care in making sure drop cloths were put anywhere they would be working, they loved on my dogs (huge plus), and got the job done in the amount of time they had said it would take. They took the time to teach me how to use the new system and answered all my silly questions without any judgment. By the time they left, there was no evidence they were ever here other than our new system. They removed every bit of trash and took it all with them. Cynthia and Floyd made this project an easy one to digest. Missy (their office assistant) made scheduling a breeze, and Wilson and Will can come out to do work in our home any time. We HIGHLY recommend All Weather Mechanical to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC.
