Floyd is a native of Jacksonville and grew up in the Southwest area of Onslow County. He graduated with his associates in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning from Coastal Carolina Community College in 1996, the same year that he started All Weather Mechanical Inc. Floyd possesses both a NC HVAC State License (19551) as well as NC Electrical State License (29288).

Meet Cynthia Nealey - Co-Owner and Financial Manager
Cynthia was born and raised in Rhode Island. After graduating High School in 1995 she joined the Air Force as a military police officer. After being honorably discharged in 2000, she moved to Jacksonville, NC. Cynthia is co-owner of All Weather Mechanical and takes care of all financial, accounting, and office management functions.
She graduated in 2008 from Campbell University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and in 2014 from Webster University with a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership. She is also a certified personal trainer and teaches Group X classes through MCCS Camp Lejeune-New River. She is passionate about customer service especially serving those who have served us, our active duty and veterans.
